Before joining any classes, workshops, or private sessions at YOU Yoga & Wellness, please carefully read and agree to the following terms.
在参加 YOU Yoga & Wellness 的任何课程、工作坊或私教课程前，请仔细阅读并同意以下条款。
By registering or attending any session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
通过报名或参与课程，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本免责声明。
1. Risk Statement / 风险声明
1.1. I understand that participating in yoga or wellness classes at YOU Yoga & Wellness involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, or other physical injuries.
我了解参加 YOU Yoga & Wellness 的瑜伽或身心疗愈课程存在一定风险，包括但不限于肌肉拉伤、跌倒或其他身体伤害。
1.2. I confirm that I have informed the instructor of my health conditions, injuries, or medical history before participation and will update them of any changes.
我确认已在参加课程前向教练告知健康状况、受伤或医疗历史，并会及时更新任何变动。
1.3. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical restrictions that prevent me from safely participating in classes.
我确认自己健康状况良好，没有任何医疗限制而无法安全参加课程。
1.4. In the event of an emergency, I authorize YOU Yoga & Wellness to seek medical assistance on my behalf and agree to be responsible for all related expenses.
若遇紧急情况，我授权 YOU Yoga & Wellness 代为寻求医疗援助，并承担所有相关费用。
1.5. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree not to hold YOU Yoga & Wellness, its instructors, or staff liable for any claims, injuries, or damages arising from my participation.
我自愿承担所有风险，并不会因参与课程而向 YOU Yoga & Wellness、其教练或工作人员提出任何索赔或责任。
2. Release of Liability / 免责条款
2.1. I agree not to hold YOU Yoga & Wellness, its instructors, employees, or agents responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after participation in classes or events.
我同意不追究 YOU Yoga & Wellness、教练、员工或代理人因参与课程或活动过程中或之后可能造成的任何伤害、损失或损害的责任。
2.2. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOU Yoga & Wellness and its staff from any costs, damages, or liabilities that may result from my participation.
我同意赔偿并使 YOU Yoga & Wellness 及其工作人员免于因我参与课程而引起的任何费用、损害或责任。
3. Media Release / 媒体发布授权
3.1. I consent to YOU Yoga & Wellness capturing photographs or videos during classes and events for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
我同意 YOU Yoga & Wellness 在课程或活动期间拍摄的照片或视频可用于宣传、营销或教育用途。
3.2. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the instructor in advance, and we will respect your request.
若您不希望出现在任何照片或视频中，请提前告知教练，我们将尊重您的意愿。
4. Voluntary Participation / 自愿参与
4.1. I voluntarily participate in yoga, healing, or wellness activities and understand that results may vary individually.
我自愿参加瑜伽、疗愈或身心健康相关活动，并理解每个人的体验和效果可能不同。
4.2. I understand that participation is at my own discretion and that I can choose to stop at any time if I feel discomfort.
我了解课程完全出于自愿，若在过程中感到任何不适，我可随时选择停止。
5. Studio Policy / 瑜伽馆政策
5.1. All class packages and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to validity periods stated at purchase.
所有课程配套及会员资格均不可退款、不可转让，并须遵守购买时说明的有效期限。
5.2. Class reservations must be made in advance.
课程需提前预约。
5.3. YOU Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events with prior notice when necessary.
YOU Yoga & Wellness 保留在必要时取消或更改课程、工作坊或活动的权利，并会提前通知。
5.4. Please respect the studio’s peaceful environment — keep your phone on silent and speak softly in shared spaces.
请尊重馆内宁静氛围，进入时请将手机调静音，并轻声交流。
5.5. Personal belongings are the responsibility of each participant. The studio will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
个人物品由学员自行保管，YOU Yoga & Wellness 对遗失或损坏物品不承担责任。
6. Other Terms / 其他条款
6.1. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
本协议受马来西亚法律管辖。
6.2. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall continue to be effective.
若本协议任何条款被认定为无效，其余条款仍继续有效。
6.3. YOU Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
YOU Yoga & Wellness 有权随时更新本条款，最新版本将公布于官方网站。
